Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets.
  • Monitor key sales metrics (conversion rate, average transaction value, units per transaction).
  • Analyze sales reports and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Recruit, train, and coach sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Motivate the team with clear performance goals and regular feedback.
  • Conduct regular sales briefings, product knowledge sessions, and team meetings.
  • Foster a positive, fashion-forward work culture that reflects brand values.
  • Ensure the highest standards of personalized customer service and styling advice.
  • Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Build strong client relationships to increase loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to maintain appealing and on-brand displays.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Work closely with marketing to support in-store events, promotions, and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years' experience in similar sales management position, preferably in fashion retail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for fashion trends, styling, and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, sales reporting tools, and MS Office Suite.
