Job Descriptions:

  • Assisting the Executives and the departments under the Executives.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, email, faxes), and act as a liaison for the Executive and between departments
  • Managing daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments for the executives, as well as liaise with other related departments.
  • Plan and Coordinate travel arrangement for the Executives.
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports or documents related to the executive (from business trip expenses, flights, hotels, invoices, approvals on vendors or payments, and other related tasks to the business process).
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders related to the Executives, new employees, or existing employees.
  • Prepare business meeting settings or events when the Executives hosting.
  • Assist the Executives or the group with various tasks and projects.

​Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proven work experience as a secretary or personal assistant, with good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability, and attention to details.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Bahasa
  • Good team work with any level or other departments.
  • Have integrity and professionalism.
