Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field (Electrical, Industrial, etc.).
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in machinery installation, maintenance, or repair within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) at business level, minimum HSK 5, and strong English communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-driven, and resilient under pressure, with the ability to work independently or in multicultural teams.
Responsibilities:
- Have a strong understanding of mechanical work processes to support project execution and ensure system reliability and performance.
- Ensure that equipment installation complies with all safety regulations and standards.
- Manage technical documentation, including reports, manuals, and maintenance record in Chinese.
- Communicate with clients and act as liaison with internal teams in Chinese to align project goals
Working Conditions:
- Full-time role, involving both office-based and on-site assignments.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as project needs require.
