Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to join our team.
Responsibilities- Ensure the availability and stability of critical IT Data Center infrastructure, hardware, and company databases that are reliable.
- Optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency while maintaining high service performance.
- Conduct strategic planning and ensure infrastructure scalability, as well as take preventive measures for future needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards, including data confidentiality aspects.
- Strengthen the security of critical infrastructure assets.
- Provide guidance and develop knowledge and expertise for IT Data Center Hardware & Database.
- Drive innovation and adopt technology with a focus on effectiveness and excellence in IT Data Center Hardware & Database operational services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Engineering or Computer Engineering, with a minimum GPA of 3.30.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling IT operations.
- Possess certifications (CCNA, CCNP, OCP, Microsoft Certified) and strong technical understanding of OT Data Center architecture, hardware (server, storage, network), and database administration (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, QAD Database).
- Able to perform preventive actions, troubleshooting, and maintenance related to security risks and complex technical issues.
- Experienced in planning, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure projects (hardware upgrades, database migration, new system implementation with an adjusted budget).
