  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues to drive action out of it and active to create marketing market activity's
  • Develop brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition
  • Develop the promotional strategy and communications promotions which are overlaid with those proposed by commercial partners in the Commercial Partners area
  • Plan, coordinate and publicize the direct marketing and communication strategies
  • Implementing communications plans to increase brand awareness
  • Communicating brand to internal customers and stakeholders
  • Developing relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline
  • Manage and oversee the creation of marketing press release for local, national, and international media
  • Knowing how to optimize social media, web analytics, email marketing, Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing will be advantage

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in any field
  • Maximum 40 years old
  • Minimum 5 year experience as a Public Relation and or Marketing Communication Manager
  • Preferably experience in Retail or Agency or Corporate Marketing
  • Excellent in communication, Strong analytical skill, Proactive, Creative, and Innovative
  • A team player, multi-tasker, and able to work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented and familiar working in fast-paced
  • Strong leadership skills and having a good negotiation and strategic skill
