- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues to drive action out of it and active to create marketing market activity's
- Develop brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition
- Develop the promotional strategy and communications promotions which are overlaid with those proposed by commercial partners in the Commercial Partners area
- Plan, coordinate and publicize the direct marketing and communication strategies
- Implementing communications plans to increase brand awareness
- Communicating brand to internal customers and stakeholders
- Developing relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline
- Manage and oversee the creation of marketing press release for local, national, and international media
- Knowing how to optimize social media, web analytics, email marketing, Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing will be advantage
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Maximum 40 years old
- Minimum 5 year experience as a Public Relation and or Marketing Communication Manager
- Preferably experience in Retail or Agency or Corporate Marketing
- Excellent in communication, Strong analytical skill, Proactive, Creative, and Innovative
- A team player, multi-tasker, and able to work under pressure
- Detail-oriented and familiar working in fast-paced
- Strong leadership skills and having a good negotiation and strategic skill
