Job Title: Sales / Business Development (Educational Technology)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and close deals with universities, government bodies, and other institutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from outreach and presentations to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Customize sales strategies for B2B and B2G clients based on their needs and characteristics.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (proposal, product, onboarding) to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Represent the company in meetings, tenders, and presentations (virtual and onsite).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B or B2G sales (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or HR-Tech).
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with institutional or government procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience selling to universities, ministries, or regional government bodies.
  • Exposure to public procurement or tendering processes.
  • Understanding of education, career preparation, or employability issues.

Salary: Up to IDR 9,000,000 per month
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
