Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Logistics Admin
to handle end-to-end coordination between Sales, Processing, and Delivery teams. This role ensures that every order is aligned, tracked, and delivered according to client expectations. If you enjoy organizing, communicating, and making things run smoothly, this role is for you.
Key Responsible
- Receive and review client order requests from the Sales team
- Confirm item availability and readiness with the Processing team
- Allocate goods accurately and schedule dispatch based on delivery timelines
- Coordinate daily with the Logistics team (internal or external) to ensure smooth delivery
- Monitor shipment status and provide real-time tracking updates to Sales
- Follow up on delivery progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Prepare regular reports on delivery performance, mismatches, or delays
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK); Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business is a plus
- 1+ year experience in logistics administration, coordination, or order tracking
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
- Familiar with Google Sheets / Excel for daily tracking and reporting
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
