Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major from reputable university with minimum GPA 3,00
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong background and understanding of hotel operations.
- Proven experience in manpower planning, recruitment, training & development, and employee relations within a hospitality setting.
- Familiar with labor cost management, scheduling, and employee productivity metrics in a hotel setting.
- Ability to lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills, guest service standards, and leadership capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR policies, and hospitality industry standards.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced operational environment.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Willing to work at Surabaya, East Java
