Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and present menus in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly according to order.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or complaints.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned sections and service stations.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Process payments and issue receipts with accuracy.
