  • Ensure machine capacity is sufficient to perform spare part machining to meet delivery schedules.
What you need
  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Understands automation system design and machining processes.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in testing and verifying engineering solutions.
  • Able to lead projects by applying a structured technical approach.

Business Development Executive

Are you interested in diving deeper into business development in an industrial machinery company? We are looking for you.

What you will do
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B market, particularly in the recycled resin, packaging, lightweight bricks, ceramic factories, plywood sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, production, logistics) to develop customised solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Provide excellent after‑sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that accounts receivable (AR) are in accordance with the company's billing policies.
  • Prepare and execute a journal plan for regular customer visits.
  • Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on time.
What you need
  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales/marketing role within the plastic/packaging/chemical manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of end‑to‑end B2B processes and workflows.
  • Has a wide network of B2B customers in relevant industries (plastics, manufacturing, recycling, etc.).
