Qualifications:

  • Collaborate with the creative team (designers, videographers, and content writers) to publish engaging content that aligns with brand identity.
  • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and generate reports with insights.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, etc.).
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize engagement.
  • Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Coordinate with the paid ads team (if applicable) to amplify content reach.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships (if applicable) on social media.
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting of all content.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Experience in influencer marketing and community management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of content marketing, SEO, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva.)
  • Experience as on-camera talent or presenter is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
