Qualifications:
- Collaborate with the creative team (designers, videographers, and content writers) to publish engaging content that aligns with brand identity.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and generate reports with insights.
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, etc.).
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize engagement.
- Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Coordinate with the paid ads team (if applicable) to amplify content reach.
- Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships (if applicable) on social media.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting of all content.
Job Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Experience in influencer marketing and community management is a plus.
- Knowledge of content marketing, SEO, and audience engagement strategies.
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva.)
- Experience as on-camera talent or presenter is a plus.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
