Operations Manager will report to General Manager

Operations Manager will be responsible to planning, organizing and directing The Operations of Parks, Recreation Facilities and Athletics Programs. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure seamless daily operations while continuously improving service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations
  • Be responsible for customer service, building, and equipment management
  • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to deliver optimal services
  • Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
  • Commit to CHSE (Cleanliness, Healthy, Safety, Environment Sustainability) and Sapta Pesona Implementation

Key Requirements:

  • Willing to be placed in Cisarua, Bogor Area
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Tourism Management or equivalent and / or must have minimum 3 years experiences in Hospitality Industry
  • (preferably have exposure working on 4 to 5 stars hotel or Recreation Park) on position Operation Manager/ Room Dvision Manager/ any position relevant
  • Have a strong leadership, problem solving, analytical thinking, communication skill and decision making
  • Able to maintain communication with local government, social figures,and local society
  • Able to create and implement plans to increase service quality
  • Have a good performance and good attitude
  • Has strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in recreation park
