Role and Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Planning- Develop and implement content strategies tailored for each digital platforms, Align content planning with brand positioning and business objectives, Create and manage content calendars in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Copywriting & Storytelling- Write engaging and brand-aligned copy for digital campaigns, captions, articles, and other digital content, Translate business or technical topics into relatable, audience-friendly messages.
- Creative Coordination- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce visually compelling content.
- Community & Channel Management- Oversee day-to-day activity and interactions across all social media channels, Monitor audience sentiment and escalate issues where necessary.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization- Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics. Use insights and analytics to recommend improvements and optimize content strategy, Stay up to date with trends, algorithms, and best practices across digital platforms.
Qualifications:
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Deep understanding of platform - spesific best practice (IG, Linkedin, Tiktok, Facebook)
- Ability to develop engaging, relevant and brand- aligned content across various formats (reels, carousels, stories, etc)
- Familiarity with content planning tools and social media engagement platforms
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are prefered
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into strategy improvements
- Excellent time management, multitaskinng and organizational skills
- Up to date with current sociall media trends, algorithms, and emerging tools
