Position 1: Electrical Technician
Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for installation, wiring, and commissioning of all power facilities in the new plant (power distribution room, power cabinets, lighting systems, etc.).
  • Carry out daily inspection, maintenance, and servicing of all electrical equipment in the production workshop (such as medium-frequency furnaces, heat treatment equipment, conveyors, motors, control cabinets, etc.).
  • Quickly and accurately diagnose and repair electrical faults to ensure continuous and stable operation of the production line.
  • Provide basic electrical safety operation guidance to production operators.
  • Strictly follow electrical safety operation procedures (such as Lockout-Tagout, LOTO) to ensure work safety.
  • Keep records of daily maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Technical secondary school, vocational school, or above, majoring in Electrical, Automation, or related fields.
  • Must hold a valid Electrician Operation Certificate/Qualification.
  • At least 3 years of electrical work experience in an industrial factory (experience in metallurgy, foundry, or machinery manufacturing preferred). Experience in new plant construction, equipment installation, and commissioning is a plus.
  • Proficient in high-voltage/low-voltage power systems and able to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams fluently.
  • Familiar with the application and maintenance of inverters, soft starters, and PLCs (capable of basic troubleshooting and module replacement).
  • Strong safety awareness, high sense of responsibility, hardworking, and good team spirit.
  • Basic communication skills in Chinese or English are preferred (to communicate with the Chinese management team). If not, must have a strong willingness to learn.

Position 2: Mechanical Technician
Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the installation, positioning, alignment, and assembly of mechanical equipment for the new plant production line.
  • Responsible for routine inspection, lubrication, and maintenance of all mechanical equipment.
  • Respond promptly to mechanical equipment failures, perform disassembly, inspection, replacement of parts (such as bearings, gears, hydraulic and pneumatic components), and reassembly.
  • Assist in equipment improvement, spare parts management, and propose reasonable repair and improvement suggestions.
  • Strictly comply with factory safety regulations and correctly use tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Accurately complete maintenance work orders and equipment servicing records.

Job Requirements:

  • Technical secondary school, vocational school, or above, majoring in Mechanical Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related fields. Possession of welding, fitter, or other skill certificates is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in heavy industry (metallurgy, foundry, mining machinery, etc. preferred). Experience in new plant equipment installation is a plus.
  • Proficient in the principles and maintenance of mechanical transmission, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Skilled in fitter techniques (measuring, marking, sawing, filing, drilling, tapping, etc.) as well as equipment installation, alignment, and calibration.
  • Proficient in using various maintenance tools, measuring instruments, and welding/cutting equipment.
  • Strong hands-on ability, good at problem analysis and troubleshooting, physically fit, highly responsible, and a good team player.
  • Basic communication skills in Chinese or English are preferred. If not, must have a strong willingness to learn.
