Key Responsibilities:

Machine Maintenance & Repair:
Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning machines, checking and repairing mechanisms, and ensuring all components are functioning correctly. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
Zero & Gas Calibration:
Execute precise zero calibration using normal air to set the base value of detectors. Conduct gas calibration using isobutylene to properly set the span for gas detectors and other sensing equipment.
System Calibration & Parameter Management:
Perform critical calibrations, including adjusting the head and body thickness of components and calibrating CCD sensors for accurate length and width measurements.
Model & Parameter Changes:
Efficiently change machine models and update parameters for various battery pack sizes to ensure smooth and accurate production transitions between different products.
Troubleshooting:
Systematically troubleshoot machine faults and performance issues, applying your knowledge of automation systems to find root causes and implement lasting solutions.
Documentation:
Accurately document all maintenance, calibration, and repair activities in a PM report or digital system.
