Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and execute people development strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission, and business objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of employee learning and development programs that enhance skills, leadership, and performance.
  • Oversee talent management initiatives, including talent mapping, succession planning, and career path development.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to build a high-performance and learning-oriented culture.
  • Manage and develop the People Development team to ensure effective delivery of all programs and initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure alignment between individual performance goals, competency development, and organizational objectives.
  • Ensuring performance management cycle implemented annually.
  • Lead continuous improvement in the performance management cycle through data-driven evaluation and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning & Development

  • Identify training and development needs through performance analysis and competency assessments.

  • Design, organize, and evaluate learning programs (technical, behavioral, leadership).
  • Introduce and manage digital or blended learning systems to support continuous learning.
  • Talent Management

  • Develop and implement talent identification, assessment, and development processes.

  • Manage succession planning to ensure readiness for key positions.
  • Support career development planning through Individual Development Plans (IDP)/ Competency Development.
  • Performance Management

  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.

  • Conducting Performance Management Cycle annually.
  • Organizational Development

  • Support initiatives that strengthen company culture and values.

  • Facilitate change management and leadership development projects.
  • Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the People Development team to achieve section goals.

  • Set performance objectives, monitor progress, and ensure continuous team improvement.
