- Lead the design and implementation of employee learning and development programs that enhance skills, leadership, and performance.
- Oversee talent management initiatives, including talent mapping, succession planning, and career path development.
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to build a high-performance and learning-oriented culture.
- Manage and develop the People Development team to ensure effective delivery of all programs and initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure alignment between individual performance goals, competency development, and organizational objectives.

- Lead continuous improvement in the performance management cycle through data-driven evaluation and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development
Identify training and development needs through performance analysis and competency assessments.
- Design, organize, and evaluate learning programs (technical, behavioral, leadership).
- Introduce and manage digital or blended learning systems to support continuous learning.
Talent Management
Develop and implement talent identification, assessment, and development processes.
- Manage succession planning to ensure readiness for key positions.
- Support career development planning through Individual Development Plans (IDP)/ Competency Development.
Performance Management
Use data-driven insights to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Conducting Performance Management Cycle annually.
Organizational Development
Support initiatives that strengthen company culture and values.
- Facilitate change management and leadership development projects.
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and motivate the People Development team to achieve section goals.
- Set performance objectives, monitor progress, and ensure continuous team improvement.
