About the role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control professional to join our dynamic team at PT Sungwoo Indonesia, a leading manufacturer based in Gresik, East Java. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the consistent quality and excellence of our manufacturing processes and end products.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to identify and address any quality issues
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols to enhance overall product quality
- Collaborating with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems, and implement corrective actions
- Analysing quality data and generating detailed reports to provide management with insights and recommendations
- Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and the company's quality management system
- Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve quality systems and drive process improvements
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years of experience or fresh graduated are welcome in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
- Thorough understanding of quality management principles, testing methodologies, and quality control tools and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and quality standards
- Proficiency in using quality control software and data analysis tools
