Job Description:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires.
  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement.
  • Implement and oversee performance management systems, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans, to enhance employee productivity and growth.
  • Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee insurance plans, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
  • Identify training needs and opportunities for employee development, coordinating training programs to enhance skills and competencies across the organization.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven 5–8 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably within a
    trading or distribution company
    .
  • Strong track record in
    talent acquisition
    , with extensive experience hiring for
    sales positions
    .
  • Hands-on expertise in
    Organization Development (OD), Industrial Relations (IR), Payroll Management, and ISO implementation
    .
  • In-depth knowledge of
    employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits administration
    .
  • Excellent leadership and managerial capabilities, with the ability to
    lead, mentor, and develop HR teams effectively
    .
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build partnerships and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
