Responsibilities

Actively seek new opportunities by networking, making cold calls, and utilizing various channels.

Create and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline that reflects the sales prospects and the sales process.

Follow up promptly on sales inquiries received through emails, calls, and other channels.

Prepare and present sales reports, including competitor analysis, to provide insights into market dynamics and trends.

Conduct thorough market analysis to evaluate gaps, identify opportunities, and uncover untapped potential in the market.

Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve superior results and meet customer needs.

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by a superior

Requirements

Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field.

Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in the flavor and fragrance industry or related fields.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
