Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Operations Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Retail Operations Manager will oversee daily operations at retail locations, manage store performance, and ensure KPI targets are met. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, improving customer satisfaction, implementing operational processes, and leading a high-performing team to deliver excellent service. The manager will also analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in Retail Operations and Store Management
- Strong Operations Management and Analytical Skills
- Proven expertise in Customer Service and team management
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in analyzing data and developing strategic insights
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with digital retail tools and platforms is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
