- Build regular working relationships with clients/partners/merchants to support the organization's business development and facilitate communication between clients/partners/merchants and the organization.
- Conduct presentations about the organization, product variants, and programs offered by the organization to prospective clients/partners/merchants so that clients can get to know the organization as well as the product variants and programs available.
- Implement business program offerings related to merchant aggregation, as well as review and assess the effectiveness of the program together with the Account Manager and conduct scooping with clients/partners/merchants to obtain solutions that meet needs and create proposals and price offers to attract clients/partners/merchants to the products and programs offered.
- Create a reconciliation report of transaction fees according to the program with partners so that fees can be transferred to partners by Finance.
- Creating a Proof of Concept (POC) request form that will be provided to the technical Team Leader and preparing the completion report of the POC signed by the client as evidence that the POC has been carried out.
- Conducting the negotiation phase with the Merchant Partnership/Account Executive/Team Leader and the Management party to achieve a price agreement between the client and the organization.
- Drafting a contract between the organization and the client if the client does not provide a contract draft so that the cooperation between the client and the organization can proceed smoothly.
- Carrying out the role of a liaison (mediator/facilitator) with internal parties as well as with clients regarding the procurement of goods, development time, timeline, implementation strategies, payments, and clients' visit plans so that project execution with clients runs smoothly and in accordance with the SLA.
- Creating a Minutes of Handover with the client so that the Finance Team can issue an invoice for billing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any major with GPA ≥ 3.00
- Excellent people relationship skills, yet able to work independently when required
- Strong analytical in Excel, Power Point, etc
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Client Relation, Partner Engagement or etc.
- Adequate ability to write and speak in English
- Individuals with at least 2 (two) years of relevant work experience (IT/fintech industry)
