We are looking for a dynamic administrator to oversee the diverse functions of our business, ensuring smooth operations.

EXPORT AND LOGISTIK STAF

QUALIFICATION:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export
  • Proficient in English
  • Detail-oriented with strong negotiation skills
  • Experienced in managing export & import documents
  • Familiar with customs regulations and international logistics
  • Able to work under pressure and resolve issues promptly
  • Quick response and strong communication skills
  • Have full knowledge about exportation procedure; able to handle export alone.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, good communication, dynamic, problem solving and able to work in dateline and company target.
  • Able to negotiate and work alone with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to relocate to Salatiga/Medan or already residing in the area

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage and handle all company exportations from sea / air

  • Negotiate, coordinate and build a networking and clear communication with shipping lines, EMKL, forwarders, custom, consignees and their forwarder.
  • Manage and process orders from dealers and partners in accordance with company policies
  • Ensure pricing proposals match Purchase Orders (PO) and customer orders
  • Organize, monitor, and ensure smooth shipment processes according to schedule
  • Coordinate and follow up with the Buyer and Agent regarding orders and shipments
  • Ensure all export & import documentation complies with applicable regulations
  • Maintain good relationships with logistics providers
  • Prepare regular reports on shipment and order status for management
  • Prepare, issue and submit all the document export: Invoice, Packing list, CoA and all related documentation: SI, BL drafts, MBL & HBL, MSDS, certifications
  • Process Document to Shipping Line, send pre-alert to T/S or POD
  • Ensure shipment departure, container booking, arrange the sailing schedule and prepare all the Exim documents.
  • Produce and control all required documents accurately and timely

Manage logistic and stock at the warehouse

  • Ensuring the traceability system established and updating the stock management data at every delivery / export
  • Collection, sending, register samples of material.
  • Directly responsibility to Director
  • Coordination with warehouse/ logistics staff.
