Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify requirements that align with business goals.
- Analyze current processes, identify improvement areas, and recommend effective solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and support user testing (UAT).
- Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring clear communication and smooth project delivery.
- Coordinate business analysis activities for strategic projects and support on-time implementation.
Job Requirements:
- Educational background in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Experience or familiarity with ERP Finance or Logistic, Warehouse modules is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to create clear documentation and process flows.
- Understanding of SDLC and experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana is a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
