DescriptionThis role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, and requires a person with creative problem‑solving skills and an ability to apply business logic to client computer, network and audio-visual networks. As this position is a technical role responsible for all aspects of our global network infrastructure, the candidate should have excellent analytical and communication skills with an appreciation for fundamental business objectives, be detail-oriented and resourceful in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to work without direct supervision.
The candidate should also be able to travel domestically within Indonesia with occasional international travel.
Minimum Qualifications- 3+ years experience in network engineering in medium to large scale networks
- Experience with Firewalls, tunnelling protocols (IPSEC, GRE), and advanced Layer 2 protocols (Spanning Tree, LACP, HSRP, MPLS)
- Advanced knowledge and experience network services such as enterprise level DHCP and DNS
- Experience with multiple VPN and Software-Defined Network types - Wireguard, OpenVPN, ZeroTier, IPSec, L2TP
- Experience with network security practices, tools, and protocols including hands‑on experience in implementing and monitoring network security measures (ACLs, NAC, AAA)
- Proven track record of designing, deploying and managing multi site network deployments and troubleshooting complex network issues

- Ability to develop scripts to automate infrastructure deployment and management
- Certification in technologies like CCNP Enterprise, JNCIE or CWNP

- Incident Report (could be using Flash Info mechanism) must be escalated it to all concerned parties. Time to produce Flash Info will follow the SLA defined later (example below 20 minutes).
- Use Tools to monitor the availability of systems servers and network line (i.e. Solarwind, etc).
- Proactively raise incident / problem into operational service desk or ticketing system regarding project activity where required.
- Supporting for network and service desk improvement.
- Provide risk or advice regarding pre-implementation project where required.
- Minimum Diploma-3 Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
