Requirement :
- Subsidiary of PT. Jababeka Tbk
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably from law, human resource management or psychology.
- Minimum 10 years as HRGA Manager.
- Strong in HR and GA function area : Recruitment, Assessment, Training, Performance Appraisal, Organizational Development, Payroll, Industrial Relationship, General Affair, HR Policy and Procedures
- Able to make HR strategies on a large scale to achieve company ambitions in the long term
- Able to plan employee competency development programs in the long term
- Ability to supervise unit business
- Having extensive experience in Human Resources area and Indonesian labor law / government's regulation
- Demonstrated good communication skills, proactive, strong leadership, initiative, interpersonal skills, ethics, teamwork, control function, and well-organized multitasking.
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Able to work under pressure
