Requirement :

Subsidiary of PT. Jababeka Tbk
Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably from law, human resource management or psychology.
Minimum 10 years as HRGA Manager.
Strong in HR and GA function area : Recruitment, Assessment, Training, Performance Appraisal, Organizational Development, Payroll, Industrial Relationship, General Affair, HR Policy and Procedures
Able to make HR strategies on a large scale to achieve company ambitions in the long term
Able to plan employee competency development programs in the long term
Ability to supervise unit business
Having extensive experience in Human Resources area and Indonesian labor law / government's regulation
Demonstrated good communication skills, proactive, strong leadership, initiative, interpersonal skills, ethics, teamwork, control function, and well-organized multitasking.
Fluent in English (both oral and written)
Able to work under pressure
