What you'll be doing day to day:

  • Attracting visitors to the stores, encouraging IKEA store visitors to stay longer. Striving to make people smile while providing irresistible food offers in a welcoming atmosphere that gives our customers a good reason to return.
  • Complying with and following internal rules, policies, and daily operational routines regarding issues like quality, food safety, and stock figures as set by my manager. Safety is a top priority; take action and raise and discuss concerns with a manager. Ensure any food or potential incident is reported.
  • Contribute to an easy buying process that will make it easy and convenient for our customers to shop in the store at all times throughout the day.
  • Together with my manager and my colleagues, working to support sales and convert visitors to customers by fulfilling the purpose of our function.
  • Ensuring that my area of responsibility is clean, tidy, organized, priced, and inviting at all times.

We want you to be a person who:

  • Is experienced working in a fast-paced restaurant; any experience in bread, pastry, bakery; and kitchen production would be an advantage.
  • Is self-Learning, Sales-driven, passionate about food and people and enjoys working in the food & beverage area.
  • Understands and is aware of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
  • Familiar with using kitchen tools/utensils.
  • Is confident in approaching and talking to people in a friendly manner.
  • Is willing to work in a store and in a mixture of days and placed in Sentul City Kab. Bogor.
