Job description :
- Responsible for the development and management of company promotional and branding materials.
- Conduct regular market surveys or analysis to ensure prices are in line with the market in order to achieve market competitiveness.
- Conduct market surveys to understand customer trends and needs.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns, and ensure products and services meet customer expectations.
- Provide support and active participation in product exhibitions, or other related events.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, compile reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Qualification :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in marketing (branding, promotion, or activation) in the FMCG sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation and creativity skills.
- Able to conduct research and data analysis to support marketing strategies.
