Job Descriptions

  • Production environment operation and maintenance. Update and track incidents, issues, and in partnership with the colleagues and R&D team.
  • To ensures that software functions as per the client's specific requirements.
  • Perform daily health checks on the production environment and generate reports.
  • Identify, diagnose, report, and assist the development team in resolving defects and verifying bug fixes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science/ Engineering discipline or relevant skills or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluent in English as daily basis communication skills. Able to communicate with peers and management.
  • Mandarin speaker will be a point plus
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Boss field experience
  • Oracle / Linux / Python certifications or project that you were involved in will be a point plus
  • Prefer candidates possessing commercial experience implementing software solutions on UNIX/Linux/ platforms.
  • Have understanding of OSS and BSS systems in the telecommunications field.
  • Good knowledge of testing strategies, procedures, ticketing, and bug tracking tools
