Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Surabaya for an Information Technology Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining desktop computers and IT systems. The role involves working at the help desk, offering assistance to ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure, and managing IT-related inquiries and incidents.
