Job Description :
- Responsible for a full cycle of Field Sales activities of Accounting and ERP Cloud-SaaS
- Prospecting and qualifying leads, leading customer meetings, closing the deals, and managing successful customer contracts.
- Build new relationships with potential prospects thru cold and warm phone calls, emails, and other online communication tools
- Represent the company as the first point of contact for existing customers. Understanding customers' needs, collecting feedback for features improvement, and seeking opportunities for upselling
- Develop and execute a workable sales pipeline, maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Meet and exceed individual sales target
Requirements :
- Candidate Must possess at least a Bachelor's/ Diploma Degree/ (Management/Marketing/Any discipline educational background)
- Has Prior Experience 3-5 Years of ERP Sales and Channel (Partner) Sales Experience.
- Has Planning and Management Experience with ERP Software Products
- Has Experience as an ERP Consultant is more preferable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent In Bahasa & English Both Speaking, Writting
- Able to speak Korean is a Plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Effectively communicate, interact, and work with individuals and groups.
- Excellent selling and influencing skills. Persuasive and confident to speak to mid-level and senior executives
- Perseverance. Persistence despite the difficulty, be relentless and push towards the goal
- Passion and Motivated. Need to be a high-energy, motivated self-starter.
