About the role
PT.SUNWARD INDONESIA EQUIPMENT' is seeking a skilled Mandarin Speaker to join our team in Jakarta. As a Mandarin Speaker, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication and supporting our operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within our dynamic organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients and partners
- Translate and interpret between Mandarin and English in both verbal and written communication
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, data entry, and file management
- Contribute to the implementation of efficient office procedures and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
What we're looking for
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities, with attention to detail
- Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support industry
