Responsibilities:
- Define the vision, scope, and priorities of the design function in alignment with corporate goals. Represent design in senior leadership forums and contribute to cross-functional planning and decision-making
- Lead user-centered design across all digital products, overseeing UX research, usability testing, and ensuring UI designs meet best practices in accessibility, usability, and brand alignment
- Lead the creation of digital and offline marketing materials, ensuring all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and support campaign objectives in partnership with the Digital Marketing team
- Collaborate closely with Digital Product and Digital Marketing teams to integrate design into product development and marketing processes, balancing user needs with business goals
- Establish design frameworks, standards, and governance, while defining and monitoring KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of design initiatives
- Manage budgets, tools, and external vendors, while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and accountable design culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or digital creative design, with at least 2 years in leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of design systems, digital product lifecycle, and marketing campaign workflows
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Proven ability to balance creative vision with business objectives
- Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written
