We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

  • Carry out area business activities in accordance with company policies, guidelines and procedures.
  • To manage and lead the Area Operation.
  • Motivate staff and technicians to build good team work.
  • Manage Existing Installation area portfolio in order to achieve Service, Repair and MOD targets.
  • Manage and handle area portfolio to propose and negotiate for Service contract, Repair Sales and MOD Sales and target.
  • Perform inspection and ensure compliance and corrective actions are carried.
  • Portfolio growth by conversion, recovery and gain.
  • Actively promote safety awareness to prevent accidents.
  • Ensure company's Safety and Health procedures, work instructions, programmes and requirements are implemented in responsible areas / activities.
  • Overall responsible for site Safety and Health issues at responsible area / activities.
  • Organize inspections or patrols and take remedial action if necessary.
  • Report, investigate injuries, damages and loss incurred.
  • Promote action to prevent occurrence of accidents and initiate analysis to discover accident trends.
  • Ensure all inspection / measuring / test equipment used including suppliers and sub-contractors are properly calibrated.

  • Desired completed university education in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Industrial Engineering
  • Experienced in elevator and escalator industry for at least ten years. Ability to lead a team and with technical background. Market knowledge and strategic thinking.
  • Desired escalator product, market and industry knowledge, Communication skills, IT skills, English skills. Customer oriented behavior. Schindler Leadership Framework behaviors required.
