Qualifications & Experience
- Graduated from reputable university majoring in engineering with GPA min 3.0 of 4.0 scale.
- Age between years old
- Have min. 5 years experience (at least 2 years as Factory Manager/Senior Manager) in manufacturing company especially in automotive industry for the field of Production, Quality, and Engineering.
- Have a strong leadership and good managerial skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for the factory QCD target achievement.
- Make annual strategy and monthly action plan for related managers below factory division.
- Make the report of target achievement to BOD.
