Job Description
- Manage production planning and scheduling.
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Maintain accurate production data records, including production results, rejects, and downtime.
- Organize and monitor warehouse management to prevent excess or shortage of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and finished products in the warehouse.
- Organize equipment management so that production facilities function properly and operate smoothly.
- Manage and monitor production costs to create production cost efficiency.
- Assist in the development of new products required by customers.
- Manage and monitor the performance and productivity of subordinates to ensure they are always in optimal condition.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years of experience in a coordinator role in the medical device industry.
- In-depth understanding of the medical device manufacturing process.
- Ability to perform data analysis, problem-solving, and communication.
- Strong leadership skills to lead and manage a large team, with strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
