Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design (Preferred), Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, product specifier, or a related role.
Develop an interest & passionate in the AEC industry.
Have a great understanding of business fundamental, customers, partners, and competitors.
Good attitude and have strong desire to learn new things.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in English both written and verbal is preferred.
Willing to travel often domestic and/or international.
Required Skill(s): Google Suites, CRM software, Project Management tools, Sketchup (passive), AutoCAD (passive).
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and build up relationships with all stakeholders including clients, Designers, Architects, Interior Designers and Project Developer.
Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers.
Conduct canvassing for new clients or re-canvassing for existing clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the CRM system.
Supervise project development end to end from lead generation to done projects.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential client segments.
