  • Managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring SOP on Store, and waste management, achieving sales goals.
  • Schedule shifts and manage employee time off requests.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns and ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
  • Manage stock organization, including receiving and displaying merchandise.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent shrinkage.
  • Assist in setting up promotional displays and sales events.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Qualification

  • Previous experience in a retail environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Have good leadership and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in addressing issues.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Willing to working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
