To support our growth in Indonesia, we are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Project Coordinator to manage client projects from order placement to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (sales, production, logistics).
- Manage and follow up on customer purchase orders (PO) from confirmation to delivery.
- Coordinate project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Prepare sales documentation including quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor order status, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to clients.
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
- Support sales reporting and project pipeline tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or project management (manufacturing or packaging industry preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is a plus.
