To support our growth in Indonesia, we are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Project Coordinator to manage client projects from order placement to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (sales, production, logistics).
  • Manage and follow up on customer purchase orders (PO) from confirmation to delivery.
  • Coordinate project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Prepare sales documentation including quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor order status, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support sales reporting and project pipeline tracking.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or project management (manufacturing or packaging industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is a plus.
