Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Capital Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Human Capital Manager will be responsible for overseeing human resources activities, managing employee relations, recruitment, and training. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting organizational development. The Human Capital Manager will also play a key role in performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
As a
Human Capital Manager
, you will:
- Design and implement
Human Capital strategies
aligned with the company's vision. - Develop HR policies related to recruitment, training, performance management, and employee career paths.
- Lead cultural transformation toward
integrity, productivity, and collaboration
. - Manage industrial relations in line with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Provide strategic insights to management for long-term workforce planning.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in
Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field
. - Minimum
7 years of progressive HR/HC experience
, with at least
3 years in a managerial position
. - Proven track record in
talent management, organization development, and HR strategy execution
. - Strong understanding of
Indonesian labor laws, compliance, and industrial relations
. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in
construction, project-based industries, or manufacturing
is a strong plus. - Proficiency in
HRIS, data-driven HR, and Microsoft Office
. - Fluent in
Bahasa Indonesia
; English proficiency is an advantage.
