Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean before the kitchen opens
  • Ensure that all food ingredients are available in the kitchen in good condition
  • Check the food ingredients in the kitchen, whether they need to be restocked or not
  • Responsible for food items that are no longer in good condition
  • Product identification (using expired sticker)
  • Product storage according to temperature
  • Serving food according to standards (temperature, appearance and cleanliness)
What you will do

  • Perform administrative tasks \"Kitchen inventory\"
  • Serving food according to standards (temperature, appearance and cleanliness)
You will fit in this job if you
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma III (D3) majoring in tourism/hospitality
  • At least 1 (one) year of working experience as kitchen (cafe, Catering, hotel and restaurant)
  • Actively able to communicate in English both verbal and written
  • Able and willing to work on appointed areas selected by management.
  • Able and willing to work overtime and outside operational time.
  • Has neat appearance and well groomed
  • Willing to be placed at Bobocabin Kawah Putih Ciwidey, West Java
