Responsibilities:
- Filling all sales & marketing's related document.
- Creating SO in SAP for IT device request.
- Monitoring PO from customer and maintain stock devices.
- Check document from account officer for billing processed.
- Creating and maintain WBS (Work Breakdown Structure in SAP)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferably with accounting background
- Minimum 1 (one) year experience as Sales Administration and/ or Project Administration
- Computer literacy preferable in Microsoft Office environment and SAP application
- Good self-motivation, initiative, strong analytical thinking and able to work as a team and strong organization. Proficient in English language.
- Note: First contract will be 3 months, and possibly to continuing the contract based on performance review
