Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and growth-oriented Junior HR Manager to support our HR operations and assist in developing HR strategies and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and implementation of HR strategies.
  • Lead parts of the recruitment, employee relations, and training processes.
  • Assist in employee relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Support the performance appraisal process and employee development programs.
  • Support payroll process.
  • Drive culture-building and organizational development initiatives
  • Oversee HR administration including attendance, contracts, and employee data.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and productive work culture.
  • Conduct research and recommend improvements for HR policies and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Basic understanding of Indonesian labor laws.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Accustomed to handling 200+ employees across various HR functions.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Can speak english.
