Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and growth-oriented Junior HR Manager to support our HR operations and assist in developing HR strategies and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and implementation of HR strategies.
- Lead parts of the recruitment, employee relations, and training processes.
- Assist in employee relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Support the performance appraisal process and employee development programs.
- Support payroll process.
- Drive culture-building and organizational development initiatives
- Oversee HR administration including attendance, contracts, and employee data.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and productive work culture.
- Conduct research and recommend improvements for HR policies and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Basic understanding of Indonesian labor laws.
- Strong communication skills, proactive, and adaptable.
- Accustomed to handling 200+ employees across various HR functions.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Can speak english.
