Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Business
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Business Partnering roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Access is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of PSAK (Indonesian GAAP), with exposure to international accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS).
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling, scenario planning, and variance analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud) is highly desirable.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link operational drivers to financial performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge, and communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Strong ethics and integrity, with an understanding of anti-bribery and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing actionable financial insights and constructive challenge to drive performance and profitability.
  • Partner with business units to develop, coordinate, and review annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
  • Prepare and present monthly management reports, including P&L, KPIs, variance analysis, and key business insights.
  • Monitor and analyze variances between actual results and budgets/forecasts; recommend corrective actions where necessary.
  • Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions, business cases, investment proposals, pricing, and margin initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, stress testing, and business simulations.
  • Lead cost monitoring efforts by tracking overheads, capital expenditures, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and support cost-saving initiatives while ensuring service standards are maintained.
  • Support ongoing transformation projects such as process automation, finance digitalization, and data integration.
  • Continuously review and improve financial processes, tools, and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, Operations, Commercial, HR) to align financial goals with business execution.
  • Assist in the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business unit performance.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and presentations for senior management and board-level discussions.
  • Ensure the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in daily activities and within the team.
