Job Description:
- Lead and manage
live streaming projects
from planning, coordination, to post-performance reporting. - Collaborate with
brands, hosts, operators, and creative teams
to ensure smooth execution. - Maintain strong client communication and ensure all deliverables meet brand standards.
- Monitor live performance data and suggest improvements to boost engagement and sales.
- Ensure workflow efficiency and task distribution among the live team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
as a Project Manager or Campaign Lead in the
Skincare / Personal Care industry. - Strong understanding of
live streaming ecosystems
(TikTok, Shopee, etc.) and digital campaign execution. - Excellent
communication and leadership skills
to coordinate internal and external teams. - Fluent in
English (spoken & written)
for client and partner communication. - Able to
join immediately
and adapt quickly to dynamic workflows.
