Responsibility:
- Monitoring operational & business flow
- Maintain a good relationship with customer (existing/new), built networking with potential customer
- Preparing every needs, related to company's tenders
- Creating report (weekly/monthly/yearly) to CEO
- Being representative of HR, to lead and develop competencies of the team also monitoring their performance
Qualifications:
- Min. education Bachelor Degree or Master Degree (any major) from reputable university
- At least 5-10 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics company
- Having knowledge to maintain and develop operational team
- Excellent in leadership, communications, negotiations and interpersonal skills
- Able to speak english and mandarin will be plus point
- Able to join as soon as possible
