- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the factory's business needs and overall company goals.
- Manage and optimize all HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and training and development.
- Establish and improve HR policies and procedures to ensure compliant, efficient, and standardized operations.
- Participate in organizational structure design and manpower planning to enhance operational efficiency.
- Handle employee relations matters, including onboarding, offboarding, labor contract management, and dispute resolution.
- Promote corporate culture initiatives to enhance employee cohesion and sense of belonging.
- Lead safety training, occupational health programs, and coordinate with government inspections and audits.
- Regularly report HR data, talent reviews, and improvement proposals to management, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Manage and control labor costs, improve workforce efficiency, and reduce employee turnover rates.
