  • Promote corporate culture initiatives to enhance employee cohesion and sense of belonging.
  • Lead safety training, occupational health programs, and coordinate with government inspections and audits.
  • Regularly report HR data, talent reviews, and improvement proposals to management, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Manage and control labor costs, improve workforce efficiency, and reduce employee turnover rates.
