- Evaluate current IT infrastructure and systems to identify inefficiencies, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Work with stakeholders (business leaders and end-users) to understand their needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Develop innovative IT solutions, design new systems, and draft detailed specifications for developers and programmers.
- Act as a liaison between business departments and IT teams, communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and ensuring technical teams understand business needs.
Oversee the testing and implementation of new or upgraded systems, monitoring their performance to ensure optimal functionality.
Minimum Qualifications: 2 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in data-driven or AI-based projects.
- Strong understanding of the Machine Learning lifecycle: data preparation, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Familiar with LLMs (Large Language Models), Generative AI, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts.
- Hands-on experience or solid understanding of AI frameworks/tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI API, etc.
- Knowledge of API integration, microservices architecture, and data management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent documentation and cross-functional communication skills.
Preferable:
o Experience in developing or managing AI-driven applications or intelligent chatbots.
o Understanding of Prompt Engineering and AI Model Evaluation.
