IDS Group is seeking a UI/UX Designer who can shape the end-to-end digital experience of our corporate and product websites. This role goes beyond designing interfaces: you will be responsible for structuring information flow, improving navigation logic, and ensuring our websites communicate credibility, advanced technology, and professionalism across all pages.
You will work closely with our marketing and IT teams to conceptualize website architecture, define user journeys, and create intuitive layouts that present complex solutions in a clear and engaging way.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and refine website information architecture, including content hierarchy, menu structure, and page flows.
● Create user flows, journey maps, and navigation logic that support different audience segments (government, defence, corporate, B2B clients).
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity website layouts using modern, clean, and professional styles.
● Ensure the website reflects IDS Group's identity.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical product details into clear, user-friendly designs.
● Conduct usability reviews and propose improvements to enhance clarity, engagement, and conversion.
● Maintain a consistent design system for all IDS Group digital assets (icons, components, UI elements).
● Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of all designs.
● Continuously optimize website structure based on user behavior analytics.
Qualifications
● Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with strong portfolio showcasing website structure, flows, and visual design.
● Expertise in designing corporate, B2B, or technology-focused websites.
● Strong understanding of user experience principles, information architecture, and responsive design.
● Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or similar tools.
● Ability to translate complex technical or defence-related information into simple, intuitive user journeys.
● Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and website UI components.
● Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with marketing and engineering teams.
● High attention to visual detail and consistency.
