We are looking for a Trainer based in Bandung to support our merchant rollout by providing on-site and remote training. Your role is to ensure merchants understand how to use Klikit's products—how to log in, manage orders, and operate the system confidently—so that their first orders run smoothly.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site visits to merchant locations in Bandung
  • Train merchants on Klikit product usage: login, accepting orders, managing menu items, and basic troubleshooting
  • Guide merchants during their first order(s) to ensure a smooth and successful experience
  • Follow up with merchants to confirm they are comfortable with the system
  • Provide clear instructions and respond to merchant questions
  • Coordinate with the operations/CSM team on merchant readiness and activation status
  • Document training sessions and report issues or feedback from merchants
  • Assist with basic setup if merchants need help installing or accessing the app

Qualifications

  • Based in Bandung (required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable doing field visits and meeting merchants face-to-face
  • Organized, patient, and able to explain technical steps in simple terms
  • Able to manage schedules and coordinate with multiple merchants daily
  • Previous experience in training, onboarding, field operations, or F&B tech is a plus (not required)
  • Smartphone-savvy; able to guide merchants through mobile app workflows
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
